About Wordle Connections
Wordle Connections started with a simple wish: a clean, friendly place to play a word-grouping puzzle without creating an account, installing an app or clicking through pop-ups. So we made one.
What you will find here
A browser game where sixteen words hide four groups of four. Come back each day for the puzzle of the day, or press New Game whenever you want another round. Everything runs on the page you are looking at, on your phone, tablet or computer.
What we care about
- Speed. Pages are light, so the puzzle appears quickly even on a slow connection.
- Comfort. A readable layout, large tap targets and a dark mode that is kind to your eyes at night.
- Simplicity. No sign-up. No hoops. Open the page and play.
Where we fit in
We are an independent fan project. The grouping format is inspired by the Connections game from The New York Times, and the name nods to Wordle, but we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The New York Times Company. All trademarks belong to their owners.
How the site is funded
Keeping a site online costs time and money, so you may see promotional blocks on our pages. They never cover the puzzle itself. Our privacy policy explains how advertising partners may use cookies.
